Geeks Who Drink Return and Refund Policy
Geeks Who Drink only accepts returns/refunds that are solely related to manufacturing defects; this includes misprinting, damaged and flawed items. All soft goods/wearables/hard goods are final sale unless defective or damaged from the manufacturer.
Geeks Who Drink only accepts merchant item returns that have manufacturing defects. GWD is not responsible for items that were selected in the wrong color, sizing, or anything related to customer errors. If an item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect when it arrives to the customer, customers will have 30 days after purchase date to request a refund or exchange. Any defective item(s) are eligible for an exchange of product or a complete refund. Please refer to the Returns/Exchanges instructions below to proceed with a defective item return/exchange.
To submit a return/exchange request for a defective item, please follow the instructions below:

Please include the following in the email:
- Full Name of Customer
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Customer's Shipping Address
- Description of Defected Product
- Image of Defect
- Warehouse Return Address from Packaging
